Who we are
Who we are
Cedarline Home Services has worked on Triangle homes since 2009. Raymond Prentice founded the company that year with one van and a framing crew. His son Aaron has run it since 2019, which makes us family-owned and now in our second generation, with 34 employees and 11 crews across seven trades.
One call reaches every trade. That is the point of the company: a storm that takes off shingles usually also soaks a ceiling and trips a breaker, and three separate contractors turn that into three separate waits.
Who we work for
Residential only, including multifamily buildings up to 4 units. We do not take commercial or industrial work. A four-unit building is the ceiling, and it is a real ceiling rather than a preference: our crews, our insurance and our licences are all sized for residential work.

Languages
Spanish-speaking technicians are available Monday through Friday. We do not staff Spanish-speaking crews at weekends. If you need one, ask when you book and we will schedule you on a weekday rather than send someone who cannot explain the work to you.
