Set in type rather than drawn. A licence number inside a graphic is a number nobody can copy into the state register, so every one of these is live text.

A licence covers the trade it names and nothing else. Work in a trade we are not licensed for is work we decline rather than subcontract quietly, and the list of what we do not take on is published on the services page.

What we will and will not do on an insurance claim

We support claims and we are used to working alongside an adjuster. We are not public adjusters and we do not negotiate with your insurer on your behalf, because we are not licensed to act for you in a claim.

What we supply

• A dated photographic survey of the damage, roof plane by roof plane
• A written scope of work itemised by material and labour
• A moisture and decking condition report where the deck is compromised
• A copy of our licence and certificate of insurance for your adjuster's file

Permits

We pull the permit, schedule the inspection, and meet the inspector on site. Permit fees are passed through at cost and itemised separately on your invoice.
