If you can smell gas, do this before you call us
- Leave the building. Take everyone with you.
- Do not touch anything electrical on the way out. No light switches, no appliances, no thermostat, no garage door.
- Call the gas utility from outside. They make the property safe and they attend free of charge.
- Then call us. We deal with the equipment once the property is safe.
Do not go looking for the source. The same procedure applies to a sounding carbon monoxide alarm: leave, call the utility, then call us. Carbon monoxide has no smell, which is the entire reason the alarm exists, so never assume it is faulty.
Our phone agents escalate any report of a gas smell to a person immediately and will not attempt a diagnosis while you are still inside.

What is never emergency work
Remodeling, cabinetry, lawn and patio, fencing, and cosmetic work are never emergency work.
Calling the emergency line about any of it will not get a crew out overnight. We will book you into the next ordinary dispatch window, and we would rather say that than charge you an emergency rate for a job that can wait. Request an ordinary appointment.

Roof Repair
