Since 2009

One call. Every trade.

11 crews across 7 trades, working residential properties across the Triangle. One number books any of them, and the next available arrival window is at the top of this page rather than behind a form.

Residential only, including multifamily buildings up to 4 units. Nothing here is booked until we call you back to confirm it.

Every trade we cover

A storm that lifts shingles usually soaks a ceiling and trips a breaker too, and three separate contractors turn that into three separate waits.

How a service call works

  1. 01

You tell us what is wrong

By phone, WhatsApp, text or the booking form. We ask what it is doing, when it started, and the address, because coverage varies by city.

  2. 02

    You pick an arrival window

Windows are 2 hours wide and come from the dispatch board rather than from a promise. The soonest we can offer is 4 hours out.

  3. 03

    A technician diagnoses it

Repair work starts with a $89 diagnostic, and that fee is waived when you approve the repair. You get the repair price before anything is touched.

  4. 04

The work is done and warranted

Most repairs finish in the same visit. Labour and parts both carry 12 months, and if it is not right we come back at no charge.

The crews

Six workers standing loosely in front of three navy panel vans in a gravel yard at sunrise
Eleven crews work out of the Morrisville yard. The people who lead them.

Broken at midnight?

Emergency coverage runs 24 hours, 7 days, including holidays, with a target response of 90 minutes. Dispatch outside dispatch hours carries a call-out fee of $189, quoted before we leave the yard. Remodeling, cabinetry, lawn and patio, fencing, and cosmetic work are never emergency work.

All case studies
  • 5 out of 5

Half the kitchen outlets dead. Found a failed backstab connection in a box behind the refrigerator in under twenty minutes, then checked every other device in the room for the same fault while he was there. Small job, done properly.

  • 5 out of 5

Second summer running they have kept a fifteen year old system going rather than pushing me into a replacement I cannot afford this year. They told me plainly what will fail next and roughly what it will cost when it does. That is the reason I keep calling them.

  • 5 out of 5

The fescue had been thinning for three summers. They soil tested first, adjusted the programme to the result rather than the calendar, and told me honestly that the shaded strip along the fence would never look like the rest of it. It is the best the lawn has looked.

Where we work

11 Triangle cities, and we publish the ones we do not cover as well as the ones we do. Coverage varies by trade in 3 of them, so the zip code is the definitive answer rather than the city name.
