Where we work

Cedarline covers Raleigh, Durham, Cary and the wider Triangle from a yard in Morrisville. In a full-coverage city there is no travel fee, whatever the distance. The price you are quoted is the price of the work.

Coverage is not uniform, so it is recorded per city rather than as a radius on a map. Four levels are in use, and each city page states which one applies and what it means for that address.

Enter your zip code on the service areas page for a definitive answer on a specific address. The lookup reads these same files, so it cannot disagree with a city page.

Response targets

These are targets, not guarantees. Weather and storm volume move them, and we will tell you when they have moved rather than let you wait.

Where we do not work

Some zip codes sit outside the service radius. We do not take work there, and we would rather say so than send a crew that arrives late and charges for the drive. They are listed with the nearest city we do cover on the service areas page, where the same list drives the zip lookup.

Hillsborough is a separate case and has its own page. It sits inside the Triangle and people reasonably expect us to cover it, so we say plainly there that we do not, rather than leaving the absence to be inferred.

If your address falls in one of these, we can usually name a contractor who does cover it. Call the office and ask.
